Sales Operations Professional
At UKG, we're on a mission to inspire every organization to become a great place to work. Our Sales Operations team plays a critical role in achieving this goal by providing operational and strategic support to our Sales Executives.
The Senior Sales Operations Associate will partner with the Sales team to generate, modify and deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives. This includes:
* Partnering with the Sales team to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation that complies with internal processes and policies;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, Services, and Sales, to ensure quote-to-cash compliance;
* Understanding and applying go-to-market strategies, sales promotions, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure;
* Updating Salesforce CPQ throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity;
* Executing and tracking credits and RMAs through to completion;
* Managing redlines, escalations, and approvals;
* Supporting peers to ensure equal distribution of workload;
* Onboarding new Sales Executives to work efficiently with Sales Operations;
* Embracing evolving technology to support business needs;
* Supporting Month and Quarter End business;
* Learning, adapting and retaining information to support an ever-changing Sales Operations role;
* Identifying and participating in process improvement initiatives;
* Managing the licensing, fulfillment, renewal and delivery of GovTA license.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week for collaboration and connection.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience in a sales or customer service environment;
* Technical aptitude and experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft applications are preferred;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail;
* High self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to achieve results;
* Deadline focused with the ability and willingness to support extended hours at month- and quarter-end close if required;
* Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
* Limited travel required.
