Scope has 5 Supported Independent Living homes across Bonnells Bay and Morisset. These are very robust homes supporting clients with complex mental health and behaviours, psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities and a history with the criminal justice program.

We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work AM/PM and overnight shifts.
Your Role
* Promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
* Follow behaviour support, restrictive practices and client care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
* Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
* Bring resilience, strong boundaries and a safe space for our clients.
* Provide person centered active support | personal care with dignity and respect.
* To be competent in your computer/ IT skills and report writing!
Some Of Our Requirements
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), active nights (10pm-6am).
