About the Role: We are seeking a Team Leader to join Rehab Management, providing technical guidance and support to a team of Rehabilitation Consultants while maintaining your own caseload. Based in central Melbourne, VIC, you will play a key role in driving team performance, productivity and quality, while delivering specialist assessment and case management services that support timely and sustainable health and work outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will span people leadership and coaching, caseload and stakeholder management, quality assurance and compliance, financial productivity targets, and contributing to innovation initiatives across the team.
