The firm is looking for an outgoing 2-6 year (at least post RP) corporate/commercial lawyer who ideally has some experience with private and/or public M & A/ASX Listing Rules. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team around you.
