Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and growing key national retail accounts across various product categories.
As a National Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for major retailers, working closely with buyers to deliver compelling product solutions and maximize shelf presence.
You will also identify whitespace opportunities and drive incremental revenue within existing account structures.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as NPD, category, and supply chain is essential to delivering on customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, promotional planning, and performance reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * 5+ years of experience in National Account Management, preferably with exposure to major retailers
 * Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of growing complex accounts
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and internal stakeholder management skills
 * A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution at scale
