Coordinated Service Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced scheduling administrator to join our service delivery team in a Brisbane-based office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate field work assignments and ensure timely completion.
* Work closely with field technicians to facilitate job completion and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Ensure seamless communication between the service, sales, and technical support teams.
* Handle inbound calls from clients and technicians, providing prompt and effective support.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance to technicians as needed.
* Provide administration support for the technical service team, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to provide additional administrative support as required.
* Work effectively under tight deadlines to meet business objectives.
* Contribute to the development of national scheduling programs, working closely with the national scheduling team.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively to achieve business outcomes.
Your Profile:
* You will have experience working within a service-based environment, ideally in a similar scheduling role.
* You will be highly customer-focused, working effectively with technicians, suppliers, and key customers.
* You will possess excellent organizational skills, with a natural sense of urgency and ability to deliver results efficiently.
* You will develop strong relationships easily, enjoying interaction with a diverse range of people on a daily basis.
* You will be proficient in a variety of software programs, able to quickly adapt to new systems.
* You will have high levels of proficiency in the MS Office Suite and attention to detail.
