The successfulCustomer Support Analystwill act as the first point of contact for service queries, receiving and handling requests for support.
TheCustomer Support Analystwill be offered a12-month contract+ 2 x 12 month extension, open toSA.The successfulCustomer Support Analystwill be responsible for, but not limited to:Capture, validate, and triage user queries and issues for further resolution.Communicate relevant information to users through appropriate channels.Manage and track assets while maintaining stock levels to support continuous supply.Oversee seamless execution of account creation, reactivation, approval, and cancellation processes.The successfulCustomer Support Analystwill have experience in the following:Proven experience in providing first-line ICT support, including issue logging, investigation, resolution, escalation, and documentation.Ability to follow procedures for application support, conduct maintenance tasks, and use tools to monitor application performance.Strong understanding of account and asset management processes, including user access provisioning and system lifecycle tracking.Previous experience in a high security environment is highly desirableThis is a great chance with aFederal Government Departmentand to join a supportive team!
