About You

Do you have great customer service and sales skills and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing a range of work? Are you self‑motivated with a keen interest in an agricultural environment?

About The Role

We have a fantastic chance now available in our Southern casual pool with casual shifts as available at our Heatherbrae and Dungog Norco AgriSolutions retail stores.

- Providing agricultural advisory and sales service to clients.
- Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
- Merchandising of the store.
- Processing sales and generating quotes.
- Forklift operation.
- Delivering products to our customers.

What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role?

- Driver's licence essential.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
- HV licence, highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, highly beneficial.
- Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment.
- Natural customer relations and communications skills.
- Ability to work productively in a small team.
- Experience in inward and outward goods and good mathematical skills.
- Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.
- Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting.
- A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
