Your duties as a Registered Nurse in aged care include, but are not limited to:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
* Administering medications, manage care plans, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
* Leading and supporting care teams, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
* Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.

Eligibility:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
* Minimum 12 months full-time experience in residential aged care
* Valid National Police Check
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights
