This role is designed to provide administrative support across various functions and teams.
Key Responsibilities
 * Prioritize tasks, identify process improvements and maintain a high level of productivity.
 * Develop strong working relationships with internal customers across departments and ensure effective communication.
 * Provide coverage for team members during absences and assist with ad hoc administration duties as required.
 * Prepare and send quotations & tenders to clients; manage phone interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
 * Organise seminars, events/tradeshows, event invoicing and pricing; arrange domestic & international travel and accommodation.
 * Assist with preparations for tradeshows and events; typing and mailing correspondence, datasheets and mail-outs.
 * Maintain and order office, kitchen and event supplies; photocopy, scan documents and use/maintain databases.
 * Generate reports for sales teams; support Talent Acquisition with arranging interviews; assist Exec team with travel-related expenses and security requirements.
 * General office administration and catering coordination for onsite and off-site activities; support marketing with merchandise orders as needed.
 * Assist MD's EA when required and support Sales with processing quotations, purchase orders, leads and opportunities using in-house software (C4C / SAP).
 * Contribute to project work and assist in creating new product materials.
