You will work on real projects supporting Unisys government clients, building practical technical skills in a supportive, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment.

About You
* You will have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy working with computers.
* You will provide friendly and professional customer service.
* You will communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
* You are an Australian citizen.
* You can obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
* You hold a current Driver Licence (automatic acceptable).
Your Duties
* Support staff with day‑to‑day IT issues at their desk or on site.
* Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors.
* Assist users with their IT needs in a friendly and helpful way.
* Scan and update IT asset and equipment records.
* Ensure deskside IT systems are operating correctly.
