About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be thefirst point of contact for our new and existing customers,providing friendly support and information on our natural gasproduct. Your duties will include:
- Working collaboratively within a supportive teamenvironment, ensuring high standards of customer service areconsistently achieved and maintained.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences throughanomnichannel contact centre, engaging via phone, email,web chat, and social media.
- Responding to customer queries with accuracy andefficiency, assisting with account setup, maintenance, and arange of billing-related enquiries.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, and while callcentre experience is highly regarded, it’s notessential.
- Strong communication skills and can engage confidently andeffectively with both customers and stakeholders.
- You consistently demonstrate integrity, reliability, andpositive workplace behaviours that contribute to a respectfulteam culture.
- Excellent time management skills and resilience in adaptingto fast-paced and changing environments.
- Enthusiastic about being part of a growing, high-performingteam and contributing to its success
