Responsibilities
* Manage end to end employee relations casework, including performance, conduct, complex grievances and workplace investigations.
* Interpret policies, procedures and enterprise agreements, advising on risks and compliant pathways.
* Develop relationships and provide clear, practical coaching to leaders - building capability in decision making and accountability.
* Support dispute resolution processes and contribute to building consistent ER practice across the operational workforce.
* Support managers in interpreting and applying industrial agreements and employment legislation.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with workplace laws, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to address performance and conduct issues effectively.
* Deliver training and coaching sessions to managers on employee relations practices.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on employee relations activities.
Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* 2-3 years' experience in ER focused HR advisory roles OR 5-6 years' experience in specialist ER functions.
* Strong understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
* Strong grounding in case management with the ability to take ownership of end to end matters.
* Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
* Confident interpreting policies, procedures and enterprise agreements.
* Skilled in investigation methodology, dispute resolution and advising leaders through sensitive or complex situations.
* Natural relationship builder with resilience and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, blue‐collar environment.
* Collaborative, values driven and motivated to learn from senior ER experts.

* Salary range: $115k-$135k (Advisor), up to $145k (Specialist)
