We aim to build a work team of employees with varying gender, age, race, ethnicity, professional and cultural backgrounds.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop Preventative Maintenance plans for the facility, production equipment and its services under guidance from the Maintenance Team.Draft digital work instructions for routine maintenance tasks in accordance with developed templates which require photographs and reference to technical drawings and OEM documentation.Support the Maintenance Manager in expanding a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Support the Maintenance Planner with scheduling tasks when equipment is available for maintenance.Support the Maintenance Team to pro-actively record scheduled maintenance and work requests to maintain safe and reliable plant.Save results of PM tasks and acquired technical information in relevant database locations.Providing support with co-ordination of external resources, safety documentation including but not exhaustive of compliance with high-risk work processes, SDS and licencing.Apply a thorough understanding of the production process and the production plan collaborating effectively with the Maintenance Planner and Production Planner to ensure minimal disruption to Operations.Request quotations from suppliers for spare parts with particular attention to details ensuring correct parts sourced.Raise requisitions for Purchase Orders as required to complete in accordance with finance and supply chain processes.Support in the analysis of equipment downtime and maintenance costs to identify opportunities for improvement or cost efficiencies.Support in the planning of costs associated with projects or capital works as requested by the Maintenance Manager.Continuous improvement of scheduled maintenance and work instructions to ensure optimal use of resources.Open and pro-active communication for sharing of information to fellow team members as required.May perform or relieve other maintenance staff duties in their absence within level of skill and competence as directed by the Maintenance Manager.Alignment to Values, Process & Procedures, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure the safety and care of yourself and others to think, act and work safely and in accordance with the company values.Comply with all legislation and all company processes and procedures -
