About the Position
This position is responsible for implementing the sales strategy for North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, including public and private hospitals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building awareness, usage and preference for our products among hospital-based stakeholders;
* Driving the implementation of field sales and education programs to meet objectives;
* Developing and executing business plans for your region's customers aligned with national strategies;
* Providing constant field feedback on competitive industry/market data to ensure the company remains competitively positioned;
* Completing a monthly report based on your overall region by monitoring, tracking and reporting of accounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in nursing, science, business or relevant studies;
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices/consumables, with demonstrated experience in the Queensland hospital sector;
* Demonstrated experience in managing sales and accounts in the operating theatre environment;
* Proven implementation of developing and securing new initiatives;
* Demonstrated analytical skills in gathering data from multiple sources;
* Negotiation, presentation and commercial acumen;
* Persuasive and engaging communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
