New Home Sales Consultants Needed
Location: Spring Mountain & Hatton Vale Mins from Ipswich(Please note that there are 2 positions available. 1 in each of the locations noted above)

We're looking for experienced and motivated New Home Sales Consultants to join our team and help clients bring their dream homes to life, whether that's through a bespoke design or a knockdown-rebuild (KDR) project.
This is your chance to represent a highly respected builder known for quality, design flexibility, and customer-first service. You'll work with clients to create tailored solutions that fit their lifestyle, budget, and vision, supported by a collaborative team and a premium product range.
What you'll be doing:
* Guiding clients through the full custom home sales journey, from enquiry to contract.
* Advising on site-specific requirements, design options, and construction considerations.
* Handling knockdown-rebuild (KDR) enquiries with confidence and expertise.
* Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring a transparent, supportive process.
What we're looking for:
* Proven success in new home sales within the custom build space.
* Solid understanding of residential construction processes and terminology.
* Experience with knockdown-rebuild (KDR) projects and client education.
* Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills.
* Professional presentation, self-motivation, and a passion for helping clients achieve their vision.
* Available to work most weekends.
What's on offer:
* Base salary $70k – $90k + Super + Comms
* 2% commission on sales
* OTE $300k – $600k per year
