Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join Orange City Council as an Exhibition Coordinator at the award-winning Orange Regional Museum. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of the Museum's temporary and travelling exhibition programs, developing project plans, overseeing resources, and facilitating technical teams.

Opened in 2016, Orange Regional Museum showcases long-term and temporary exhibitions, presenting diverse topics including history, science, technology, and culture, located within Orange's vibrant cultural precinct.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage exhibitions, displays, and special projects from concept through to successful delivery in consultation with the Museum Manager.
* Prepare exhibition project plans, schedules, and detailed costings, and oversee the design, production, and installation of exhibitions.
* Facilitate technical teams, including Museum staff and Orange City Council personnel, to produce exhibitions.
* Oversee resources, monitor budgets, and respond to stakeholder inquiries to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Museum Studies or relevant field, including arts, management, project management, or equivalent.
* Experience in similar roles, including demonstrated experience in exhibition development and delivery or equivalent cultural projects.
* Demonstrated project management experience, including the management of budgets for small to medium-scale projects.
* Ability to obtain a satisfactory criminal records check.
