Workshop Role
Based in our Dalby Workshop, you will be responsible for mechanical servicing, repairs, and maintenance of our fleet.
You will enjoy a stable 5/2 roster with the possibility of future field service opportunities.
Field Service Role (DIDO/FIFO)
Travel to project sites across QLD and NSW, providing on‐site maintenance and repair services.
This role offers a varied work environment with diverse challenges; experience or willingness to work away is essential.
Responsibilities
* Mechanical servicing and support.
* Preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications, and machinery overhaul.
* Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics.
* Component rebuilds, including engines (light plant to CAT S), transmissions, differentials, hydraulic pumps/cylinders, and associated valving.
* Work on a variety of machinery: graders, scrapers, dozers (D6–D10), loaders, excavators, articulated/on‐highway trucks, and fixed plant.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) with proven experience.
* Valid, open manual Australian Driver's Licence.
* General Construction Induction (White) Card or willingness to obtain one.
* Experience or strong willingness to learn about the construction industry, civil engineering, and environmental principles, including relevant legislation and standards.
* Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
