We are seeking a senior restaurant manager to lead daily operations, team management and customer satisfaction in a fast-casual chicken shop environment.

* Proven experience as a restaurant or qsr manager in a busy hospitality setting
* Strong background with pos systems, online ordering and digital menus
* Energetic, customer-focused and happy to work collaboratively with colleagues
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations: service delivery, roster management, stock control, ordering and performance reporting
2. Mentor and train colleagues to provide consistent friendly service
3. Ensure speed, quality and presentation meet brand standards
4. Manage and update pos systems and promotions
5. Collaborate with the head chef and group management on performance improvement, marketing and community engagement initiatives
6. Monitor sales, wages, food costs and kpi performance
