Head of Marketing (Full time role)

The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth across all Fort Group brands. This role is focused on generating leads, improving conversion and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
You will lead a small team and work with the leadership team with clear responsibility for setting priorities, improving performance and ensuring the marketing function delivers real business impact.
This is a role where strong thinking and strong execution matter equally. You will be expected to set direction, test ideas and continuously improve performance week to week.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead and manage marketing across all brands to drive qualified leads and revenue
• Develop and execute clear marketing plans aligned to business goals
• Own project management across the marketing function, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Improve website performance and conversion rates across all brands
• Guide and coach the marketing team to deliver high-quality output
• Manage and optimise HubSpot and marketing workflows to improve lead tracking, nurturing and conversion
• Work with influencers, partners and external channels to generate demand
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to support new product development and go-to-market execution
• Ensure marketing systems are effectively used to track, nurture and convert leads
As Head of Marketing you will be part of the Company Leadership Team, following the EOS structure.
Experience Required
Required skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a track record of delivering results
• Strong understanding of paid media, SEO and website performance
• Experience leading or coaching a small team
• Strong project management capability with a focus on delivery and execution
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, including workflows and reporting
• Commercial focus with understanding of ROI and lead generation
• Ability to translate data into clear actions and priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
