About the role
We're looking for a friendly customer-service focused professional to join the small and vibrant Yates team to deliver exceptional consumer advice across a range of interaction channels. This is an opportunity with real variety, working to guide and answer diverse queries from consumers, customers and staff about the Yates range of products.
In this busy role you'll also be responsible for recording enquiry details, logging and responding to product queries, and providing support to the Consumer Advice Team.
The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.
Skills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to delivering high standards and excellence in customer service.
Effective, with a positive attitude and a desire to get things done
Intermediate computer literacy skills
An interest in horticulture/gardening or currently studying horticulture
