Key Responsibilities
* Analyze statistical data to understand process variation and initiate corrective actions.
* Utilize analytical tools to measure process conformance.
* Develop and deliver training on quality control.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of basic SPC analysis.
* Ability to lead teams in root cause investigations and process improvements.
