We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and fast-learning Administration Officer to support the company's daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are committed to building a long-term career in administration or desire to develop career in logistic industry.
二、岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities
1. 日常行政与后勤支持
· 负责员工宿舍费用管理、日常维护协调及相关行政事务
· 负责仓库相关行政类付款(如租金、公共事业费用、服务费用等)
· 跟进水、电、燃气、网络、物业等行政相关账单,确保按时、准确付款
· 协助处理行政报修、供应商对接及问题跟进
· Manage employee accommodation expenses and coordinate daily maintenance matters
· Handle warehouse-related administrative payments (rent, utilities, service fees, etc.)
· Monitor and process utility and property-related accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments
· Assist with maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and issue follow-ups
2. 行政事务管理与协调
· 协助行政流程执行,确保合规性与流程顺畅
· 协助采购行政类物品,按公司流程完成审批与记录
· 支持团队日常行政需求,提供高效、可靠的后勤保障
· Support the execution of administrative processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
· Assist with administrative procurement in accordance with company approval procedures
· Provide reliable administrative and logistical support to internal teams
3. 沟通与协作
· 与内部团队保持良好沟通,及时响应行政相关需求
· 与外部供应商、物业、中介等保持专业、稳定的合作关系
· 必要时使用英文进行书面或口头沟通
· Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and respond promptly to requests
· Build and maintain professional relationships with external vendors, agents, and property managers
· Communicate in English when required, both verbally and in writing
三、任职要求 | Requirements
基本要求 | Basic Requirements
· 1年以上相关工作经验
· 中、英文流利,可作为工作语言(书面及口头)
· 具备良好的责任心、执行力和职业操守
· Diploma or above qualification
· 1–2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or related roles
· Fluent in both Maderin and English, able to use English as a working language (written and spoken)
· Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and professional integrity
