Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a C&P Estimator, located in Yatala, QLD. The C&P Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost and material estimates for commercial and residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, gathering data, coordinating with suppliers, preparing tenders, and ensuring estimates align with project goals and budgets. The role also involves collaborating with project teams and providing expert advice on cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and budgeting
* Experience with construction materials and processes specific to interior linings and finishes
* Proficiency in project planning, tender preparation, and cost breakdowns
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with relevant estimation software and tools
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
* Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or interiors industry preferred
* Experience with Buildsoft Cubit preferred
