What You’ll Be Doing
* Apply your OT lens to support individuals on their recovery and return-to-work journeys
* Conduct functional, ergonomic, ADL and worksite assessments that drive tailored outcomes
* Develop structured, evidence-based rehabilitation plans with measurable results
* Support clients transitioning into new employment, duties or training pathways
* Manage a diverse caseload with clear systems, templates, and 1:1 guidance
* Work collaboratively with employers, insurers, treating teams and other stakeholders
* Build long-term relationships and become a trusted rehabilitation partner in the Gosford region

What You’ll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology
* AHPRA or ESSA registration
* Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check if successful
