* Provide high quality advice across a mix of IR / ER work including unfair dismissal, equal opportunity, enterprise bargaining, unlawful discrimination and safety work.
* Advise on employment and industrial relations law issues associated with commercial transactions.
* Offer advice on policies to ensure compliance and educate on OHS issues (optional).
* Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate closely with a highly regarded partner.
