This position is an integral part of the hotel and requires the House Person to work closely with the housekeeping and front office team in a professional and friendly manner.
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to work in a supervised and unsupervised work workplace.
This role involves;
Assisting the housekeeping team with stripping beds and removing linen and waste
Checking guest mini bar - recording and restocking
Controlling the hotel linen - deliveries,movements and accurate counting
Completing small maintenance tasks
Ensure all public areas are maintained
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A proven ability to work successfully in a small team
Experience as a House Person
Experience as a room attendant
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
Good presentation to work in a 4.5 star hotel
This is a casual position requiring a range of shifts,including weekends.This position is an integral part of the hotel and involves heavy lifting.
