Job Title: Sales Strategy Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sales growth and business expansion in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve revenue growth and market share gains. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets
* Identify and engage key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, hospital executives, and IT personnel
* Attend conferences and meetings to conduct presentations and demonstrations
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage the sales process from prospect to close
* Negotiate contracts and manage agreements to ensure compliance
* Provide post-sale support and foster long-term relationships to drive product utilization and customer success
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or healthcare-related field
* Minimum 10 years sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare technology industry
* Strong understanding of hospital operations, purchasing processes, and IT infrastructure
* Familiarity with digital health, cybersecurity, patient data, and privacy regulations
* Experience navigating long sales cycles, securing budget approvals, and working with hospital procurement, finance, and executive teams
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, build relationships, and engage stakeholders to meet defined outcomes and timelines
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand (25-50%)
