We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the effective running of our city centre office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tenant Support & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant enquiries and issues, deal with queries in a professional and timely manner, foster positive relationships with tenants, progress lettings from enquiry stage through to completion, handle onboarding of new tenants, and negotiate and complete tenancy renewals.
* Occupancy Growth: Maximise building occupancy by promoting empty offices, updating content, conducting tours for potential tenants, and identifying opportunities to enhance the attractiveness of the building/offices.
* Facilities & Maintenance Co-ordination: Oversee maintenance and management of properties and car park, liaise with contractors, co-ordinate maintenance works, maintain records of works, service contracts, and compliance requirements.
* Health & Safety / Compliance: Ensure effective building security, conduct regular building checks, report hazards, support risk assessments, and ensure records and certificates of works are effectively updated and maintained.
* Continuous Improvement: Recommend building or operational improvements based on tenant feedback and observations, support sustainability initiatives, and contribute to an effective buildings and maintenance strategy.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in commercial lettings, facilities management, or significant relevant experience.
* Two or more years' experience in an administration role within a commercial property, lettings/tenancy management setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of facilities and property management, basic understanding of health and safety and building compliance requirements.
Desirable Characteristics:
* Evidence of continual professional development, Health and Safety Qualification L3 or above, experience of software, First Aid qualification, and Fire Marshal training/experience.
