SERVICE MANAGER – HVAC Perth Metro | Office Based CrewSELECT is working with a well-established and growing HVAC service provider in Perth who is seeking an experienced Service Manager to support continued business growth across domestic and commercial projects. This role would suit an experienced HVAC professional looking to step off the tools, or a candidate with strong scheduling and coordination experience within the HVAC industry. The Role The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of a busy service division, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, parts are ordered on time, and communication with site supervisors is maintained. Key responsibilities include: Daily scheduling and coordination of 9 HVAC technicians Managing job allocation, workflow and priorities Ordering parts and materials Liaising with site supervisors and internal stakeholders Using Servicemate software for scheduling and job management Opportunity to expand into scoping, estimating and quoting in the future (not essential for the right candidate) About You Minimum 2 years’ HVAC industry experience (essential) Trade background highly regarded; open to tradies seeking to move off the tools Previous scheduling or management experience preferred but not essential Strong computer literacy, with Microsoft Office capability required Well organised with strong communication skills Prior experience with Polyair or Metal Flex highly regarded Work Environment Office-based position Domestic and commercial HVAC works Exposure to tilt panel and school installations Perth Metro projects Hours & Salary Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Competitive salary on offer, negotiable based on experience Role created due to company growth
