What you'll do
* Own and grow a portfolio of end-user and reseller accounts, executing against agreed sales plans
* Manage your territory with a great deal of autonomy, suggesting and implementing strategies to grow and improve AkzoNobel's business
* Identify and secure new customers outside existing networks, targeting Awlmix colour-mixing opportunities
* Deliver product and technical training to resellers and end users
* Drive sales performance, analyse variances to targets, recommend and implement corrective actions
* Represent AkzoNobel at boat shows and brand-building events
* Manage and improve customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
What we're looking for
* Proven sales negotiation and influencing abilities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong presentation, IT and analytical capabilities
* Meticulous attention to technical detail and reporting
* Flexible, team-oriented approach with business management experience
* Paint knowledge and skills are an advantage, but full training will be provided
