We're looking for a high-performing Administration Manager to take ownership of our administrative function and play a key role in our next phase of growth. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee the systems, processes and controls that keep the business running smoothly, while actively contributing to critical day‑to‑day operations.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will lead, coach and develop a capable administration team, ensuring they are well‑supported, high‑performing and aligned to business priorities. You will provide clear direction and governance, drive continuous improvement across administration workflows, and maintain direct involvement in complex or high‑impact activities. This role is ideal for an experienced administration leader who thrives in a growing organisation and enjoys combining strategic oversight with practical, on‑the‑ground delivery.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor and develop the administration team, fostering accountability and high performance
* Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations across multiple offices
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve systems, processes and service delivery to the business
* Manage, review and enhance administrative processes across key functions, including:
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
o Payroll support and data integrity
o Supplier and subcontractor onboarding, compliance and management
o Third‑party platforms and compliance obligations


About You

You are a highly organised, commercially minded administration leader with strong people leadership capability and a proven track record of running smooth, efficient operations. You will bring:

* 5+ years' experience in an Administration Manager
* Proven experience leading or supervising administration teams, including coaching, performance management and workload allocation
* Strong understanding of finance and administrative processes (Xero experience highly regarded)
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* A continuous improvement mindset, with experience reviewing, refining and implementing process improvements and systems to lift efficiency, governance and service quality
