The Role
This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of BOC-owned gas equipment / pipe at customer sites, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
What you will enjoy doing
* Install, maintain, and repair gas systems and cryogenic vessels.
* Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and calibrate gas analyzers.
* Perform safety audits and compliance checks.
* Ensures assets are maintained tracked and stored appropriately, including ensuring availability and correct and timely completion of documentation.
* Furthermore, ensure plant and equipment is fit for purpose e.g. serviced, guarded, risk assessed including the use of the BOC tagging system.
* Enjoy full training—no gas industry experience needed.
What makes you great
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Unrestricted driver's licence and safety focus.
* Plumbing, gas fitting, piping, brazing, or valve servicing experience (desirable).
* Gas fitting ticket (advantageous).
* Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
