Lead Front Office Executive
As a Lead Front Office Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our high-volume front office and guest experience departments. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you balance strategic vision with day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set operational direction in collaboration with senior leaders.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to front office team members.
* Ensure effective recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of all team members.
* Drive performance by setting metrics and benchmarks and identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees within the front office and guest experience departments.
* Maintain visibility in the operation at key times and foster relationships with VIP, long-stay, and new guests.
* Manage labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a high-end hotel or resort.
* A leadership style that is authentic, engaging, and strategic, based on identified business priorities and capable of coaching and driving direct reports to achieve success.
* A positive attitude that shows resilience and maturity, adapting to different situations.
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of luxury service components with a sharp attention to detail and high focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and delegate in a fast-paced environment.
