Responsibilities
* Provide detailed cost advice and accurate estimates tailored to individual projects
* Manage variations, progress claims, and site valuations
* Attend design and client meetings, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
* Prepare detailed cost reports and undertake financial reconciliations
* Utilise industry-leading software, including MS Office and CostX
Qualifications
* 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within the building sector
* Exposure to projects across multiple sectors is highly regarded
* Strong technical understanding of cost management and construction methodologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
