Base Criteria Trade qualified Electrician with 5+ years Project Management experience on Recent Build and Refurbishment projects within commercial / defence or education premises.
Outline Duties Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Electrical projects across a large diverse range of clients and portfolio’s, providing key operational planning and direction.
Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent New Build and Refurbishment projects a diverse portfolio in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice.
Skills and Attributes
5+ years Project Management experience within an organisation deliveringMinor and Capital Works to multiple Commercial, Education and Government premises.
Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Construction and Refurbishment works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, and Data / Communications.
You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates.
Ensure the quality of projects and meeting completion / handover timescales.
