The Visitor and Hospitality Manager provides senior leadership for all visitor hosting services and experiences at Powerhouse Parramatta, ensuring the seamless integration of hospitality, public engagement, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping and embedding a precinct-wide, visitor-centred culture, while delivering a world-class cultural destination that authentically reflects Western Sydney communities. Leading the Visitor and Hospitality team, the role works collaboratively across departments to drive innovation in strategy, policies, procedures, programs, and operational frameworks that enhance every stage of the visitor journey—from arrival through to departure. As a key leader of the precinct experience, the Visitor and Hospitality Manager will ensure site readiness and foster strong relationships with community, commercial, and industry partners. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position requires a consistent leadership presence across weekdays, weekends, and evenings to support site operations and the full breadth of Powerhouse programming.
