Key Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants.
This includes monitoring and controlling KPIs, leading by example, developing and coaching store managers to deliver core values and culture, working closely with the operations team to drive sales growth and deliver results, and maintaining critical standards of product quality, daily food safety, and cleanliness.
Additionally, the Area Manager will assist in recruitment and selection of staff and management who will adopt the company culture, maintain and coach restaurant teams in customer service excellence, and ensure restaurants are operating smoothly and providing a high guest experience.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have experience as a food and beverage leader in a similar position, be an effective people leader, and possess strong influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills.
They should also be able to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast-paced environment, understand the importance of creating a consistent guest experience in line with the company brand, and have a true passion for food, people, and restaurant operations.
