Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams to promote and sell Mainstream's cloud solutions.


Responsibilities

* Partner with our Partner's sales teams to promote and sell Mainstream's cloud solutions.
* Understand and propose Mainstream's cloud portfolio solutions that align with our Partner's customer needs and business objectives.
* Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with our Partners to maximize revenue and cloud adoption.
* Execute in-the-field customer-facing activities, such as sales, post-sales, and business development/portfolio expansion meetings.
* Build and expand the client database with a focus on positioning Mainstream as a leading cloud service provider in Bulgaria.
* Act as a liaison between Mainstream and our Partner, ensuring smooth communication, technical alignment, and sales execution.
* Track sales performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions to drive sales growth.
* Conduct regular sales reports based on internal tools or develop an independent reporting system if needed.
* Drive, deliver, and build Mainstream portfolio knowledge within our Partner's salesforce so they can confidently present Mainstream services to potential clients.
* Effectively and efficiently collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, business development, and finance teams, to deliver agreed tasks.
* Collect, interpret, and share impactful market data that may inform tactical and strategic plans.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or technical sciences (preferred).
* 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within cloud, telecom, or IT services.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, IaaS, ICT, and managed cloud services.
* Experience with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle) or other relevant platforms (considered an advantage).
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to train and support sales teams to improve cloud service sales.
* Exceptional negotiation skills, active listening, and assertive communication.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Proven multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize effectively.
