We are currently seeking a full time Kitchen Showroom Consultant to join our team. This role plays a vital part in the customer journey, where your exceptional communication and engagement skills will help inspire clients as they begin designing their dream kitchen. It's an exciting time to join our established and growing brand
What We're Looking For
As part of our team, you will use your product knowledge and customer service expertise to support clients with their selections and provide an exceptional showroom experience. Responsibilities and attributes include:
* Warmly greeting customers and creating an inspiring, welcoming experience
* Identifying customer needs and guiding them through our product offerings
* Confidently presenting features and benefits to spark excitement and engagement
* Generating leads and booking appointments for our talented design team
* Building genuine rapport and ensuring a positive overall sales experience
* Proven experience in retail sales—ideally within the design or home improvement sector
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
* Professional presentation and manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Maintaining a professional, high-standard showroom environment
* Experience confidently approaching and engaging customers in a retail setting
