The Position
The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and company events that promote the Moloneys brand and culture. This role works closely with Directors and senior staff to deliver engaging campaigns, client functions, and events while maintaining consistent branding and communications across the business.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our marketing and events activities run smoothly, consistently, effectively, and on-brand.

Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver company events, client functions, and sponsorship activities
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional materials
* Create engaging content for social media, website, and internal communications
* Liaise with local media, suppliers, and event partners as required
* Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and promotional materials
* Assist with photography, videography, and general media content
* Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, invites, and run sheets
* Provide administrative support to ensure marketing and event deliverables are met on time

Requirements
Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Experience managing social media platforms and website updates
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable liaising with suppliers, venues, and clients
* Photography, video, editing and/or graphic design skills are preferred
Knowledge
* Understanding of brand consistency and marketing principles
* Event management or coordination experience preferred
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms desirable
* Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or professional services sector advantageous but not essential
Qualifications
* Certificate or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field (desirable, but not essential)
* Current driver's licence - Mandatory
