Senior Advisor, Provider and Community Services – 12‐month Secondment or Fixed‐Term Opportunity Te Haeata / The Opportunity
The Senior Advisor, Community Services is part of a team that leads the management and administration of contracts with community‐based organisations that deliver justice‐related services.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small, dynamic team. In our team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of critical functions that contribute to the success of PCS.
Your Primary Responsibilities May Include
* Stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
* Conducting service assessments to help ensure services are fit for purpose and meet required standards.
* Implementing procurement strategies for services, ensuring approaches that meet business needs.
* Assisting with processes and documentation to support service delivery.
* Supporting the delivery of reporting functions within PCS and contributing to broader strategic work.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will
* Have experience in procurement or contract management, ideally working towards a relevant qualification in procurement or contract management.
* Manage your time well. Our work is busy and fast‐paced; you will have the ability to manage your time well, ensuring that competing priorities are progressing while working collaboratively and setting realistic expectations with various stakeholders.
* Be flexible and resilient, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Have excellent plain English writing skills, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and accessible.

Utu ā‐tau / Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $99,208 and $127,683 based on skills and experience.
