The Role You'll lead a team of 4 (1 Associate Director + 3 Seniors), overseeing day to day performance and helping shape the next generation of valuers.
Mentor, train and motivate a capable team of residential valuers Oversee performance metrics including TAT, quality, quoting & financials Provide client liaison and leadership support across the region Manage your own portfolio of valuation work (strong fee potential) Embed systems, drive consistency and improve operational outcomes Contribute to leadership strategy and business planning Your Team You'll work alongside a genuinely supportive QLD leadership team who back autonomy, communication and collaboration.
