As the Branch Manager, you will own day-to-day operations, inspire and coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the entire branch.
You will manage financial performance, stock control, warehousing, dispatch, and ensure the site is presented to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team
* Oversee branch operations including Sales, Trade, Plaster board warehouse
* Drive financial performance, achieving sales, GP, and stock targets
* Build strong customer relationships and support new trade business opportunities
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and branch presentation
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate logistics, and manage vehicle/forklift maintenance
* Ensure accurate order entry, quotation processing, and timely delivery
* Represent the branch at trade events, meetings, and customer functions
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in branch, store, or operations management
* Strong commercial focus with the ability to drive sales and achieve results
* Experienced in stock control, warehouse operations, or logistics
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and large teams
* Strong communicator who builds culture and develops people
* Safety-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach
* Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards
