In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers—listening, problem‑solving, and helping deliver positive outcomes every day. You’ll be supported by an experienced leader and a close‑knit team who are passionate about great service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your customer service skills, gain exposure to issue resolution and escalations, and develop your confidence in a role where your contribution truly matters. This is a full‑time, 12‑month maximum‑term role, with potential opportunities to continue and grow your career within the business.
