As we continue expanding, we are building a casual consulting team to support new subscription and project-based clients.
Overview of the Role
This role exists to provide hands-on HR advisory support to our clients across HR operations, workplace compliance, onboarding, policy development, and general advisory. You'll provide HR guidance, review documentation, and assist with day-to-day client enquiries. You will work alongside a supportive team that values expertise, professionalism, and continuous improvement. About the Role – Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advisory across award interpretation, employee relations, and general HR compliance.
* Support clients with onboarding documentation, policies, employment contracts, and procedural guidance.
* Assist with investigating workplace issues, performance management processes, and case documentation.
* Review and update HR frameworks, templates, and best-practice systems for clients.
* Deliver clear, practical HR recommendations via phone, email, and scheduled consultations.

About the Ideal Candidate — Skills & ExperienceEssentials
* 5–10 years' experience in HR, ER, or HR advisory roles.
* Current AHRI membership.
* Strong understanding of modern awards, Fair Work compliance, and best-practice HR.
Desirables
* Experience consulting to SMEs or working across multiple clients.
* Exposure to Workplace Health & Safety or training facilitation.
* Experience using HRIS/ATS platforms (Employment Hero, Xero, etc.).
