Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our Swanbank site. This full-time role will involve providing administrative support across various departments, including the weighbridge operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the weighbridge, supporting transfer station operations, and handling customer communications. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, process vehicles entering and exiting the site, and assist drivers with queries.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience in administration, particularly with invoices, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the weighbridge operations, ensuring seamless interactions between customers and staff
* Support transfer station operations, including invoice management and accounts payable/receivable
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue payments
* Process vehicles entering and exiting the site, maintaining accurate records
* Assist drivers with queries and manual dockets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, preferably with invoices
* Highly organized and able to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer literacy and ability to use internal systems
