Customer Accounts Administrator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Accounts Administrator. As the first point of contact for customer account enquiries, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer accounts including cash collection, payment allocation, dispute resolution, and credit claims.


Main Responsibilities:

* Achieve individual debtor's ledger monthly targets
* Ensure cash collections are achieved to target
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts, including trading statuses and payments
* Investigate and reconcile customer credit claims using Navision and Cyltrack
* Perform tasks relevant to the position, such as banking, reporting, and email management


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control, debtor's ledger, and cash collections
* Strong problem-solving, reconciliation, and communication skills
* Advanced Navision and ERP experience is preferred, with intermediate MS Office skills required
* Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
* Certificate IV in Credit Management is highly regarded
