What you'll be doing
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Overseeing all store operations - from opening and closing to cash handling and compliance
- Driving sales growth through smart strategies and hands-on leadership
- Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store looks its best every day
- Recruiting, coaching, and empowering your team for success and career progression
What we're looking for
- Proven retail store management experience (fashion/apparel highly regarded)
- A natural leader who thrives on coaching and inspiring teams
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to maximise performance
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with retail systems and reporting
