The key scope of this role is to proactively outreach new client enquiries via our 1800 channels, showcasing our products, services and care offerings to close the new client sale ready to handover to our admissions team to start onboarding our new residents and broader support to their families.About YouLeveraging your passion to showcase products & services in a sales environment, where you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and KPI orientated workplaces whether it's being on the phones, inputting new client data into the CRM, sending out sales packs and marketing and/or responding to a shared inbox this is your ideal workplace environment Additional skills you will offer;Excellent phone manner with the ability to cold call for new referrals & build trust quicklyStrong communication written, verbal and attention to detail with entering client detailsEssential to have new client/patient admissions experience from either the aged care, hospitals, healthcare, health insurance, energy and/or retail banking sectors.Demonstrated experience and capabilities working in a KPIs & target driven environment.Proficiency in relevant computer software for record-keeping, emails and sales packages to and from new and potential sales clients.Natural ability to show high empathy, respectful and professional office-based behaviours.Previous brand awareness, sales or product marketing experience that underpins sales pipelinesStrong ability to work in a small team that is often engaging with clients and making sales.A typical day in the life of our Sales Coordinator - New clients is;Shared coordination in the team for all enquiry calls from the 1800 number and those that are forwarded direct from sites, including Infinite Care (IC) website and external websites for all homes.Shared coordination in the team the admissions email inbox for dedicated regions, applying a high level of customer services, attention to detail and very strong follow-up.Ability to learn and apply knowledge of product, services and fee structures and professional conduct using this information with the public.Manage all new enquiry in the CRM database and book a tour into the Customer Admissions Managers (CAM) outlook calendar applicable for that IC home.Stay up to date with relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance during the admission process.
